Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

This shop is ATF3D.COM, at https://atf3d.com.

Customer service is by email only. We do not take phone calls. Write to orders@atf3d.com for any question, order, problem or complaint and you will get an answer.

2. What we sell

ATF3D.COM sells two different things, and it is worth being clear about it because they do not work the same way:

Each product page says which of the two it is, and the cart tells you if your order has both at once.

3. How to buy

You need to create an account to buy. It is not red tape: the account is what gives you permanent access to your files and your licences. If you buy an STL and lose the email tomorrow, your files are still in your account.

The process: pick the product and its licence, add it to the cart, sign in, choose how to pay and confirm. On confirming you get an email with the order summary.

The contract is considered concluded when you receive that confirmation email.

4. Prices and taxes

Every price you see is a final price, taxes included. What the product page says is what you pay. Nothing is added at the end except shipping, which is worked out and shown to you before you pay.

Prices are in euros (€).

We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is always the one published when you placed it.

5. Ways to pay

There are two:

We never see or store your card details: PayPal and Stripe handle that directly and are responsible for it. We only receive the confirmation that the payment went through.

6. Delivery

6.1. Digital files

As soon as the payment clears you get an email with the download link. The files are also saved in your account, in the downloads section, permanently.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, and if it still is not there write to us: we go into your account and sort it out.

6.2. Physical products

Printed products are packed and sent with the carrier you choose at checkout. The price and the delivery time of each option are shown to you before you pay, and they are also final prices with taxes included.

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearics, the Canary Islands and abroad. The times the carrier gives are estimates and start counting when the parcel leaves, not when the order is placed.

For shipments outside the European Union, and also to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (which are not EU customs territory), duties or taxes may apply on arrival. Those are paid by whoever receives the parcel and are not included in the price: they are charged by customs or the carrier, not by us.

7. File licences

Every STL file is sold with a licence, and there are two:

In no case are you allowed to redistribute the file: not selling it, not giving it away, not sharing it, not uploading it anywhere. What you buy is the right to use it, not ownership of the design.

When your order completes, your licence is issued and emailed to you. It is always available in your account.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

This has its own page, because it is not the same for a file as for a figure: Returns and withdrawal policy.

In short: physical products have 14 days to be returned. Digital files do not, because by downloading them you expressly waive that right, as we explain before you buy.

9. If something arrives faulty

Quite apart from the right of withdrawal, you have the legal guarantee of conformity: if the product is not what was described, arrives broken or has a defect, the seller is liable. The legal period is three years for physical products and two years for digital content, counted from delivery.

If that happens, write to orders@atf3d.com with a photo and your order number. Do not send anything back before we reply.

10. Complaints

Any complaint, to orders@atf3d.com. We answer all of them and keep a written record.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can go to the consumer authorities of your region or, if you are buying from another European Union country, to the European online dispute resolution platform.

11. Your data

The data you give us is used to handle your order, your account and your licences, and to write to you about them. How we treat it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights is in the Privacy policy.

We do not send marketing to anyone who has not asked for it, and any newsletter can be unsubscribed from with one click.

12. Intellectual property

The designs, files, texts, images and the ATF3D.COM name are ours or used with permission. Buying a product gives you the licence described in point 7, and nothing more.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the rights given to you by the law of your country of residence within the European Union, which none of these clauses can reduce.

If any part of these terms turns out to be contrary to law, that part does not apply and the rest remains in force.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your order is always governed by the ones published on the day you placed it.
